My Home Cooking Experience

I recently read somewhere that “Homemade food is my spirit animal” and, in my case, it’s kind of true.

Many of you may know that I like to cook – even though I’m not a chef. So, when I find new, yummy items to do at home, I’m always up for the challenge.

As I was roaming through Whole Foods Market recently, I came across a rice ramen package. It was an eye-catching package but I got interested in some of the details of the product.

It was a rice ramen mix with no added sugars and gluten-free - a great ramen option from the people of Lotus Foods (check them out). And as much as I love to do homemade dishes, I'm trying to do some dishes as healthy as possible.

As I got home, I had to try it out. I must admit I added a few goodies to the mix - like some sauteed veggies, bean sprouts, and some chopped-up grilled chicken.

This was such a great combination! The ramen was done very quickly and the flavors blended together in such a great day.

I wish my plate presentation would be as fantastic as the ramen soup - but, as I said before, I'm not a chef LOL.

Next time I will try the ramen soup by itself - no extra ingredients. And I think I saw different other ramen noodle flavors so I would like to try those too.

Overall, I give this ramen soup a 10 out of 10.

Have you tried this brand of ramen soup before? Do you suggest other brands or even other ways of doing the ramen soup? I would greatly appreciate your feedback.
