Thanksgiving Day, dear USA

"We must find time to stop and thank the people who make a difference in our lives." - John F. Kennedy

Today, the USA celebrates Thanksgiving Day  - what a blessed day! A day to acknowledge all the good things in life along with the really good people around us and be thankful for all of them.

And as odd as this may sound, please think about those not-so-good moments you've had since last year. We may have weird, awful days but we need to take these moments to reflect, analyze, and learn something new as we find a solution for those moments. It's almost a bumpy & hard learning process, but it's about gaining more knowledge and wisdom. So please be thankful for those moments, because of them you gain a bit more knowledge and strength.

So, I wish everyone a great & blissful day. May you have a blessed family reunion and feel the love and union among everyone around the table.

And now that I mention the table, may it be filled with all your Thanksgiving favorite dishes - something all foodies are thankful for.

  1. Thanksgiving is so overrated. Since this an American holiday and i live here, i just go with the flow. For me, Thanksgiving day is time of reflection and expressions of thankfulness for the good things in life.

    1. Hi Kevin, thanks for sharing your thoughts.

And I do love that you take thanksgiving as a time of reflection and expressions of thankfulness for the good things in life. That's the best way to go, especially if this USA tradition is not something you grew up with.

Just be thankful for all the good things in your life. That will give you a lot of peace of mind and a good heart.

      Take care ;)
