Afternoon of Coffee --> Hooked by Choice

Recently I went to an event organized by the Fort Lauderdale Bloggers - A Chapter of the Blogger Union. It was a great afternoon for learning and networking. But, most importantly, an afternoon to visit a new place with a great vibe and with yummy coffee and treats.

The event? It was a meetup in order to learn a bit about E-mail Marketing; the guest speaker was Karen Talavera from Synchronicity Marketing.

Networking? It was just a great mixture of people...small entrepreneurs...all bloggers by heart that went to learn & exchange great ideas.

The place? My favorite point to describe. This meeting took place at Café Collective in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. This is a cozy coffee place - part of The Collective Ventures - which holds a great cultural vibe and has a great business area for meetings and other activities.

The coffee shop is just filled with healthy treats, savory food, and great drink options. The day of the event I had a very delicious quiche - it's a must-have item whenever you go to this place. And all the sweet treats? they all looked just delicious and really homemade.

It only took one time to go to fall in love with this place. I am hooked by choice already. The great thing about it is that it's located near my current job. Due to this fact, I was able to visit and get some coffee this week. Pretty much recommended and I will love to attend all the special artsy events they will have soon.

This definitely is a place to visit and enjoy the yummy food...
