Great Experience at Cheffrey Eats...

Weekends are the best time for fun and some comfort food. And after a long week of crazy work, one needs a place to lay back and just enjoy great food with great company. I prefer to lay back in a casual restaurant with a great vibe - or even a food truck that can offer exceptional food along with a unique eating atmosphere.

And this past weekend, I was able to enjoy extraordinary food and beer at a very unique place: Cheffrey Eats Foodtruck at Barrel of Monks Brewery.

I believe food trucks here in the USA have been a place to grab a quick bite and it has become a hot trend in the past few years. But lately, most food trucks are going a bit beyond the "quick bite phase" by offering classic comfort dishes with a twist and coming up with great alliances to better serve their hungry clients. This is exactly what I saw at Cheffrey Eats Food Truck - they offer such unique hamburgers that they have won awards for Best Burger in South Florida and they have an awesome alliance with Barrel of Monks Brewery (in Boca Raton, FL), which is an Award-Winning Belgian Style brewery.

Double win for double awesomeness!!!
→ You can't go wrong with that...

What exactly did I have during my visit? I must admit, it was difficult to decide since the menu has a variety of burgers, tacos, and some other tasty treats. I had to go with My Boy Blue Burger - a perfect blend of blue cheese, caramelized onions, portobello mushroom, and a well-seasoned 100% ground Angus beef burger. And it was surely the greatest decision ever 😋😋😋

My Boy Blue

You must try the Banana Ketchup!!!
Really good for dipping your french fries

Just delicious!

And to drink? I felt like a Queen when I got a beer flight that goes so well with the meal. It was a unique pairing made in heaven. A pairing to enhance all the flavors of the My Boy Blue burger.

Finally, I saw they offered very unique desserts. I went home with a Monkey Nut Lovin' cheesecake (tried it already & it was crazy good lol).

Overall, this experience was seriously good. I highly recommend you go to Boca Raton and enjoy an Award-winning burger or another one of the great dishes that Cheffrey Eats has to offer.
