On my recent travels to Orlando, I wasn't able to go to any of the Disney Parks located in that area. I think the lack of time during my Labor Day weekend road trip was pretty tight. But that didn't stop me from enjoying a walk through Disney Springs - an awesome place for food, shopping, and some true Disney magic. I must admit the organization and coordination at Disney Springs during this pandemic season was really great - keeping certain rules and procedures for everyone to keep healthy and enjoy the moment.
Obviously that after all the walking around, hunger had to strike! And after seeing all the great restaurant options, my family and I decided to choose The Boathouse (Orlando) since we were craving seafood and to be in a nice area with a comfortable outside sitting area. This restaurant, as they say on their website, it's surely: "waterfront dining at its best".
Everything on the menu sounded sooo good. Most of the dishes were seafood dishes but there were a couple of meat variations - which I found really good. They also had many upscale drinks that seem delicious in every way.
Since I love seafood and love spicy food (not too hot & spicy), I had to try the Firecracker Shrimps with a side of french fries. My Mom tried the Coconut Shrimp but we both shared the yummy french fries, snd my Dad had a nice, big salad that seemed never-ending LOL.

The whole food was delicious. The service was friendly and helpful. Loved the whole experience at this cool restaurant.
